3 Steps To More Muscle

By: Ben Needles

Wanna burn calories while doing nothing? Me too, unfortunately it doesnât work like that. If you wanna get that amazing beach body like the other guy you got to put in the effort, donât let any scam or supplement tell you differently. In the mean time there are 3 strong suggestions when it comes to tightening those muscles and building a fit body.

1. Weightlifting. I donât mean full body gimmicks where your working everything. Thatâs not real lifting. Thatâs cardio disguised as lifting. Get some weights, find three or four different workouts for every muscle group and do 4 sets of 10-12 reps. Donât lift more than two three muscle groups a day, if you do youâll tire yourself out and wont get the results your girlfriend wants you to get. Try chest and back together. Or shoulder, biceps, triceps. Or legs and core (abs).

2. Donât lift the same muscle group more than twice a week, you donât need to, if you get a hard enough workout the first time, your muscles are going to want a two or three day rest. Rest is as essential as the hard work. If you donât rest your muscles, youâre just tearing down what your trying to build. Donât think just because your sore the workout was effective.

3. Learn the technique. There is a right way and a wrong way to do everything, donât let your teachers fool you. In weight lifting if your just swinging the weights your going to hurt your back. You may never recover. Any rocking or âœcheatingâ as itâs called is forbidden. If you take the time to workout. Take the time to learn right.

Working-out should be hard but fun, push your limit if your not sore after your done, raise your weight. If you canât finish a workout, lower the weight. Donât overwork your body. Donât ever cheat, it may seem like its helping but itâs only setting you up for injury. The best way to start is to start. So start now.
